Some publishers are still sending books to my mom's house, even though I moved out awhile ago. When I arrived today for a Labor Day weekend visit, it turns out her puppy ate a review copy that arrived just the day before.

LOL! A literate dog! Or, like you said, Paisley just meant to review the fiber content ;).
ReplyDeleteSorry for the book though. Books don't deserve such a fate (well, most of them, that is...).
Also, I was thinking...you know the classic scenario when you didn't do your assignment for school, and you use the old excuse "the dog ate my homework"? Looks like it may happen sometimes! ;P
