Melissa Walker and I Heart Daily co-writer Anne Ichikawa heart Lewis by Alison Lewis. And now you can win the gift bag from her Fashion Week show!
Rules are found in this post. And I want to know - what organic beauty products do you like? Or maybe which ones do you want to try?
Melissa Walker is the author of VIOLET ON THE RUNWAY, VIOLET BY DESIGN, and VIOLET IN PRIVATE. You can read her previous guest blog for In Bed With Books here. LOVESTRUCK SUMMER will be available 5 May 2008 from HarperTeen.
I would love to win this - Melissa is one of my favorite authors ever. I like Shea Terra Organics, they have some cool products like my favorite - Bourbon Vanilla Indigenous Silk & Shea Body Lotion. It makes my skin feel like BUTT-AH!

Melissa your vlogs are so cute! I love them. I use organic conditioner from Organix because it really tames my crazy curly hair and keeps it from looking like there is a brillo pad on my head. sports dot erikalynn at gmail dot com
Every time I see Melissa on a vlog I wish I lived in NY and could hang out with her! Melissa, even after (or especially after) yoga, you are one hot goddess. :) XO
Oh wow, that's so cool! Especially after reading the au pairs and various fashion blogs, I'm thinking that it would be soooo cool to attend one of those events!
Just because you don't wear fashion all the time doesn't you mean you don't like it. I want the rest of the Violet series as soon as I finished Violet on the Runway.
I am also a follower. Sara babyprincess716@yahoo.com
I would love to win this! I especially love that tote bag and that soap ;) I haven't tried any organic products sadly.. I hear Burt's Bees works wonders though, and I think it's natural.

Aw. Melissa's so cute! And I'm in total want over that gift basket.
I love buying this Organic Banana lotion at World Trade Market. It smells just like fresh bananas, and it makes your skin super smooth. They have a whole bunch of other scents, but I always get the banana. :)
I have not actually found any fully organic things to try out yet, I've been sick a lot the last year so I haven't gotten out much to look for things. But now that I'm getting well this is on my goals for this year -- go more green and go more organic!
LUSH products they are great I use alot of their soaps Sultana is one of my favs it melts on your skin Would love to try an organix shampoo everyone talks about in the blog sounds real good thanks for the chance Nikki
I'm usually too busy to even think about what kind of shampoo I'm using, but I'm open to using organic shampoo, and I'd love to get some herbal homemade soaps!
I am not a big makeup person - I only wear it when I'm on stage or screen (and then only because the director and/or hair/makeup stylist requires it!) but I do use shampoo, conditioner, and lotion every do, and I look for products which say, "NO ANIMAL TESTING" and "no animal products" or "organic." Go Suave strawberry shampoo and conditioner!
I also ate a yummy organic ClifBar for breakfast, if that counts. ;-)
Melissa Walker, I <3 you and IHD, even if you don't ever talk about magic soap again or ship drinks or come straight from yoga class to vlog. :)

I know Burt's Bees stuff is mostly natural; no clue if it's certified organic.
